Muhammad Najib Bin Rohim graduated with LL.B.(Hons) (IIUM) (International Islamic University Malaysia). He was admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in January, 2008 and then practiced with the Litigation Department in Messrs Mohd. Anuar & Co. In Messrs Mohd. Anuar & Co. was practising in the area of banking litigation and debt recovery, with emphasis on bankruptcy matters.

Areas of Practice Conveyancing, Corporate and related matters
(i) Representing the banks in assisting them to proceed with bankruptcy against debtors, attending auctions including private auction, high court auction and land office auction;
(ii) Assisted in advising clients on the impact of Limitation Act 1953 and Hire-Purchase Act 1967 and Bankruptcy Act 1967 and Housing Development (Control and Licensing) Act 1966; and
(iii) Assisted in preparing submissions for litigation matters
